For the launch of Spore Origins, EAMobile wanted to build a special site for Spore players. The Spore Origins website allows players to import their Spores from their handheld device to the Spore Origins website, where they can pit their creations against each other. We were called in to build the site and integrate the "game arena", a Flash component that serves as the playing field for imported Spores.
My responsibilites included leading a team of designers and developers from project inception through launch. Post launch, I was responsible for setting up the language translation infrastructure. This allowed the site to be translated to several languages, including French and German.
